Request deletion of your data from XeSocialPro

At XeSocialPro, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time using any of the methods below.

What Data We Store

When you connect your social media accounts to XeSocialPro, we store:

  • Your account information (name, email)
  • Social media access tokens for connected Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube accounts
  • Page and profile information necessary to post on your behalf
  • Content you create and schedule through our platform
  • Analytics data related to your posts

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: From Within XeSocialPro

  1. Log in to your XeSocialPro account
  2. Go to SettingsConnected Accounts
  3. Click Disconnect next to each social account you want to remove
  4. To delete your entire account, go to SettingsAccountDelete Account

Option 2: From Facebook/Instagram Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
  2. Navigate to SettingsApps and Websites
  3. Find XeSocialPro in your connected apps
  4. Click Remove to revoke access and trigger automatic data deletion

When you remove XeSocialPro from your Facebook settings, we automatically receive a notification and delete all associated data from our servers.

Option 3: Contact Us Directly

Send an email to support@xenonlabs.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your email address associated with XeSocialPro
  • The social media accounts you want disconnected
  • Whether you want your entire XeSocialPro account deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • All access tokens and credentials are permanently removed from our servers
  • We can no longer post to or access your social media accounts
  • Scheduled posts that haven't been published will be cancelled
  • Historical analytics data will be anonymized or deleted

Note: Content that has already been published to your social media accounts will remain on those platforms. You must delete that content directly from the respective social media platform.
